My role

Individual academic project. I prepared the analysis structure, defined KPIs, built visualisations, and organised the dashboard for executive reading.

What I would do next

  • Connect the dashboard to a refreshable data source.
  • Add alerts for deviations versus target.
  • Add margin, average ticket, and pipeline if data exists.
